Fees and Insurance
Individual Session: $125 Couples Sesson: $150
Insurance Plans
I accept Consolidated Health Plan only. As for the remainder of insurance plans, I work out of network. This means that payment for the sessions are made up front. Once you submit the bill and the insurance form, the insurance company then reimburses you directly. Typically, you will have to meet the deductible set by your insurance company which can start as low as $250. Once this is met, you will start receiving reimbursement for the costs incurred during the time we work together. Insurance companies generally cover anywhere from 50 to 100 percent of each session. Please feel free to ask me any questions in regard to your insurance plan. I am more than happy to help you out with any forms that are needed to facilitate fast reimbursement.
Sliding Scale Fees
If my fees seem unaffordable due to financial concerns or strains, I encourage you to call me anyway. Often I find that a fee can be negotiated that feels acceptable to both parties involved. If a fee cannot be arranged, I can provide you with additional referrals.
