Insurance Plans
I accept Consolidated Health Plan , Aetna (National Advantage Program), and Integrated Health Plan. As for the remainder of insurance plans, I work out of network. This means that payment for the sessions are made up front. Once you submit the bill and the insurance form to your insurance carrier, reimbursement for sessions will be mailed to you directly. Insurance companies generally cover anywhere from 50 to 100 percent of each session. Please feel free to ask me any questions in regard to your insurance plan. I am more than happy to help you out with any forms that are needed to facilitate fast reimbursement.
